Return Period
- Eligibility for Returns: You may return items within 7 days from the day of delivery.
- Exceptions: If otherwise agreed upon or if local laws require a longer return period, those regulations will apply.
- Final Sale Items are not eligible for return. Clearance and outlet items are not eligible for return.
Condition of Items
- New Condition: All returned items must be in new condition, meaning they should be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Refundable Shipping Costs
- Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team using the chat box.
- Return Authorization: You will need to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending back your item.
- Shipping the Item: Once you have your RA number, securely package the item and include the RA number on the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
